We have a lot of records. More than we can or have listened to regularly. When my dad donated his records to my collection which already included my father-in-law's, my grandfathers, and my uncles I was spurred to finally alphabetize what might be more than 300 LPs. Having to look at each and every cover made me realize that there are things in there I have not listened to in a long time. Some of it I've never even heard of, I just absorbed them with the whole of other collections without playing them. So I've decided to listen to one record every week day I can, in its entirety, and write a short review.
I'm going in alphabetical order by artist then album and not artist then catalog date. I know this may seem apocryphal since albums may not be heard in the order they were released but I don't have time to get that crazy with my sorting.
